After searching the vessel, it’s not showing in the list. This can have several causes. Prean didn’t received the information about this ship(yet). Or the terminal where the vessel will dock is not yet using Prean. It is also possible that the water clerk/agent of this ship is not yet connected to Prean.

As part of GDPR, personal data will no longer be forwarded on mails.

It is also no longer possible to approve via mails. If you have an account with Prean and you click on view, you can see all the information and approve the preannouncement after logging into the system.

You can also follow up all preannouncements in the application at any time.

Go to register and click on ’new account‘. Fill in the required information. Once you have logged into Prean you will be asked to register your company. Once you have completed the entire process you will be able to make pre-registrations.

You have the option when registering your company to send a request to your Admin through the system. they will receive your request and is able to add you to the company. Don’t know who is Admin of your company account? Send us an email at info@prean.be so we can help you get started.

Admin can add you when you have created an account by notifying them. Your Admin can only link users that are known in our system.

Prean is currently a free platform on which end users as well as locations and agencies can create their account and company.

Yes, you can create your company on Prean. When creating your company, please select continue without VAT number.

Please note that Prean is for B2B use, private individuals will not be able to create an account.
